Terms and Conditions

Workshop Cancellation:

 You must cancel directly with Karen to receive a credit. I am a reasonable person and understand that sometimes things happen that we can’t control. If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify me as soon as possible. Any credits will only be issued for cancellations that happen before the event begins. No show attendees will forfeit their registration fee. For Project Recipe Workshops and Layout Classes there are no credits once the information and Zoom email has been sent. NSD and Croptoberfest (Zoom and Live) are non-refundable.  Please read the specific cancellation that is included with each event.  Please ask Karen any questions before registering.  Thank you for your understanding, dedication and loyalty.
